Although she is more well-known in the media for her roles as a singer, actress, songwriter, and pianist Alicia Witt has been performing songs since the beginning of her career in the screen. She started her career as a pianist and recorded an album titled Alicia in the year 2009. It showed the obvious influence of Elton John and Billy Joel. It also featured an enthralling, warm voice. Revisionary History was her first studio album. The album was co-produced by Ben Folds. It was followed by a series of albums like 2021's The Conduit, which marked her debut as co-producer. Alicia Witt first appeared onscreen in 1984 as Alia Atreides as part of David Lynch's adaptation of Frank Herbert's Dune. Even though she wasn't 10 yet, it's no surprise that she ended up being called an actress and not a pianist, despite playing the piano at least for the time she's been performing. Though she appeared more on screen but her profession as a musician didn't begin until 1995.
